Is there a minimum order quantity?
Most favors start at sets of 25, with deeper discounts at 50, 100, and 200+ pieces. You'll see the specific tiers on each product page.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes — proofs are sent on request. Just ask at checkout or via the order notes and you will receive a digital proof within 24 hours, with unlimited revisions until it is exactly right. Nothing goes into production without your sign-off.
Can I match a specific color or palette?
Absolutely. Send us a fabric swatch, an invitation, or a Pinterest board — we'll align everything in the proof.

What if a piece arrives damaged or wrong?
