You may return non-custom items within 30 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original condition.
Simply send them back to us, and once received we'll issue a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Personalized
Your custom piece is made just for you, so these items are generally non-refundable.
If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or an error in personalization, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll make it right by repairing, remaking, or refunding your item.
If you wish to return a custom product for any other reason, reach out within 30 days. While we can't guarantee returns on custom orders, we'll always review requests and do our best to help.
