Here's every way to find out exactly where your order is:
1. Your shipping confirmation email
The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Search your inbox (and spam folder) for Pretty Robes — the tracking button in that email always shows the live status of your package.
2. The Shop app
If you checked out with Shop Pay or use the Shop app, your Pretty Robes order appears there automatically with real-time tracking and delivery updates.
3. Your order confirmation page
The order confirmation email you received right after purchase contains a View your order link — that page updates with live tracking as soon as your order ships.
Haven't gotten a shipping email yet?
Your order is most likely still in production — personalized robes ship in 1–3 business days and robe sets in 5–7 (see Production & Rush Times). If it's been longer than the production window for your item, email sales@prettyrobes.com with your order number and we'll check on it right away.

Although the bag received was nice. I ordered a handbag with black lettering and they sent it with silver. The photo advertised is what I wanted. I had to retouch the entire bag. They said they would help and never reached back out. After paying 200$ after they asked for 20 more privately when I already paid for it on the site. The handbag is nice. However then not making the bag I wanted is truly sad. I had to fix it myself because NOTHING about my wedding is silver
Love this leather Jacket, it’s beautifully embroidered and true to size. I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day!! For reference, ordered size medium, I’m 5’4 and weigh 140 lbs.
