Are revisions included in the proof?
Yes. Your first proof arrives within 48 hours, and revisions are included — we keep adjusting colors, wording, and layout until you're happy. Nothing is printed until you approve.
How does payment work?
Nothing is due until you've approved your proof. Once you approve, we send one invoice for the all-in package price and production starts as soon as it's paid — no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons.
The wedding is soon. What about rush pricing?
Rush production is available on most items. Tell us your wedding date when you request your proof and we'll confirm what's possible — and any rush fee — before you pay anything.
We're over 250 guests. What then?
