The standard table is set for your guest count. Add more of anything, trade one item for another, or take something off. Each item has one price, so the math is simple.

How it works

Three steps, no chasing

Step 01

Reserve with a $250 deposit

Set your guest count, adjust anything you like, and pay the deposit. It comes off your table price and is refundable until you approve your proof.

Step 02

First looks in 48 hours

Three looks on your koozie and cup, with your names and date already placed. Pick one and we build the whole table around it, with unlimited edits.

Step 03

Approve, then ships in 3–4 weeks

When you approve, we invoice the balance. Everything is printed in-house once it is paid, packed by item, with a layout card so setup day is easy.

Questions we get most

How does payment work?

$250 today. It comes off your table price and is refundable until you approve your proof. When you approve, we send one invoice for the balance, and production starts as soon as it is paid. No hidden fees.

Can I swap items or add more?

Yes. Every item has one price: $3 for koozies, cups, matchboxes, fans, shot glasses and lanyards; $12 for tees, hats, totes and coin purses; $16 for bucket hats and $26 for sweatshirts. Add more, take some off, or trade one item for another and the builder shows the difference as you go.

Are revisions included?

Yes. Your first looks arrive within 48 hours of your deposit. Pick one and we build the full table, with unlimited revisions until you approve. Nothing is printed until then.

The wedding is soon. What about rush pricing?

Rush production is available on most items. Enter your wedding date when you reserve and we will confirm what is possible, and any rush fee, with your first looks, before anything is printed.

We’re over 400 guests. What then?

That is a custom quote. Email sales@prettyrobes.com with the count and the date and we will price the full table and flag anything that needs extra lead time.
