At Pretty Robes, we take great care to ensure your custom bridal products arrive safely and on time. Whether you're ordering Bridesmaid Robes, Bridal Party Robes, or Custom Satin Robes and Favors, our goal is to make the shipping process as smooth and transparent as possible so you can shop with confidence.


Processing Time

All of our custom bridal products are made to order, including our popular Bridesmaid Robes in USA collections.

Processing times are listed on each item page and vary depending on the product and complexity.
If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know—rush production and/or expedited shipping may be required.


Shipping Options

We offer several shipping methods based on your location and the size of your order:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS): Typically arrives within 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping (USPS): Faster delivery for time-sensitive orders.

Tracking Your Order

Please note: once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you can’t locate it, we recommend:

  • Verifying the shipping address entered at checkout

  • Checking with neighbors or your household

  • Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim

Pretty Robes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.
