Our jackets fit true to U.S. sizing, slightly tailored at the waist. We carry XS through 2XL, and detailed measurements are listed on every product page. If you're between sizes, size up — leather softens to the body within a few wears.

Most embroidered jackets ship in 3–4 weeks from proof approval. Beaded and heavily detailed designs run 4–6 weeks. Hand-embroidery on real leather genuinely takes longer than a printed favor — we'd rather be honest about the timeline than rush a piece you'll keep forever.

Yes. Send us a sketch, a photo, or a phrase — our team digitizes it for embroidery, mocks it up on your jacket, and sends a digital proof before stitching. Custom artwork is included in the $305 price for most designs; complex artwork may carry a small upcharge, and we'll always quote it before you commit.

Spot-clean only with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Leather conditioner once or twice a year keeps it supple. Never machine-wash and never wring it dry. Stored on a wide hanger away from direct sun, your jacket will outlive every other piece in your closet.

Personalized jackets are final sale once embroidered, but we work hard to get fit right the first time. Email us your measurements before you order and we'll confirm the right size. If a non-personalized base jacket arrives the wrong size, we exchange it — just reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Yes — the Mr & Mrs and Skeleton Couple jackets are designed as matching pairs, but any of our designs can be ordered as a set. Order both jackets together and our team will color-match thread, lettering, and placement so they read as a true pair in photos.
