  • This is an absolutely well-made, beautiful product. I ordered it for my daughter’s bridal shower. She loved it. I did try to order it for my second daughter unfortunately this time it got lost in the mail, customer service was absolutely amazing very good communication and they did refund the product. This was a Post office issue and not pretty robes fault. I would definitely use this shop again. I also ordered their robes for my daughter’s bridal party very well-made and so pretty and so many colors to choose from. Just so you know, the hat is very flexible and can be packed well and opens up beautifully.
